As a UI designer on a multi-disciplinary product team, you’ll work alongside developers, project managers, strategists, and writers to plan and build custom digital experiences. Your job is to design interfaces that are engaging, human, and simple.

The person chosen for this position will:


  • Perform competitive and qualitative research across industries and audiences to help inform your design thinking and decisions
  • Clearly communicate your research findings, both informally and formally
  • Leverage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other quantitative data sources to compliment qualitative research


  • Translate UX strategy and thinking into polished interfaces that are clean, focused, and on-brand
  • Design within, contribute to, and create UI systems from existing standards, guidelines, best practices, and other available assets
  • Work alongside other team members to design seamless experiences from copy to code, articulating decisions and thinking to both internal and external partners


  • Export and optimize approved designs into ready-to-use production artwork
  • Source, curate, and style images and other assets for use
  • Work alongside developers and writers to finesse the design during its implementation and QA

Experience/Education Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of combined applicable education and experience
  • Degree in art, graphic design, industrial design or other relevant life experience
  • Portfolio of demonstrated UI design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with advanced prototyping skills in XD
  • Experience designing with and for content management systems, especially WordPress, is preferred but not required
