On January 29, Virginia Business Magazine and Best Companies Group released their 11th Annual Best Places to Work list, naming Firefli in the top 20 small employers. Firefli joins a growing list of Southwest Virginia companies to be named. We are proud to have partnered with both Qualtrax and Community Housing Partners who were also named in this year’s announcement.
We were honored to find Firefli at the top of the list. I believe we can trace this recognition back to the values our company was founded on. About the Award
The award is the result of a statewide survey and awards program designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in the Commonwealth.
Companies entered a two-part survey process to identify the Best Places to Work in Virginia, including an employee survey which measures the employee experience from a variety of perspectives: leadership and planning; corporate culture and communication; role satisfaction; work environment; relationship with supervisor; training and benefits; pay; and overall engagement. A new category that was included relates to the company’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
