As an administrative assistant on a multi-disciplinary product team, you’ll work alongside designers, developers, project managers, and writers to coordinate updates to websites and other products. Your job is to create and foster meaningful and positive client experiences.

The person chosen for this position will:


  • Schedule and support internal and external meetings
  • Answer phone calls, takes messages, support visitors
  • Lead internal office administration tasks, such as tracking birthdays, ordering supplies, calling for maintenance repairs, etc.
  • Track responses in ticket management system
  • Maintain prompt responses
  • Communicate with various personality types/communication styles


  • Work across project management software to document requests and updates
  • Format and distribute meeting agendas, as needed
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office (AR, AP, travel, etc.)
  • Monitor, track, and report on billable work, client milestones, and recognition
  • Document and communicate meeting takeaways, next steps, etc. in project management software and to clients
  • Inform project teams of any updates and changes as and when they occur

All applicants are required to have:

  • At least 3-5 years of combined applicable education and experience
  • Excellent computer skills (we are a Mac office using Microsoft Office)
  • Familiarity with agency operations is preferred, but not required
