We grew, again! Firefli is thrilled to have Alex Tapia join the team as Account Coordinator. In her role, she will facilitate client communications, project management, and support the team in strategy execution.
Tapia most recently served as Events and Operations Coordinator at Virginia Tech, where she coordinated special events, and helped guide student organizations in event planning.
Before moving to Roanoke, VA, she lived in New York, NY, where she worked in event logistics and client communications at Greater Talent Network, Inc. There, she developed strong client relations and coordination skills that she looks forward to incorporating into her current role.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with a focus in Human Relations from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of the office, Alex enjoys exploring the local restaurant and brewery scene. She has a great appreciation for the Blue Ridge Mountains’ foliage and tries really hard to keep her succulents alive.
